01Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly through a briefing request: your name, work email, organization, the mandate summary you share and your indicated timing. We do not require any other personal information to assess a briefing request.
02How we use it
Submitted information is used to assess strategic fit, respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement proceeds, to coordinate the work. We do not sell information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
03Confidentiality
Briefing requests are treated as confidential business communications. Information is shared internally only with those involved in assessing or delivering the mandate, and with specialist partners where you have asked us to involve them.
04Retention
We retain briefing requests for as long as is required to evaluate the enquiry, deliver an engagement or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
05Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted. Requests are handled through the same office that receives briefing requests.
06Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated as our practices or obligations change. The version published on this page is the current one.
